By using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the information processing methods described in this policy. If you do not agree with any content of this policy, please stop using our services. (2) Social Interaction Information

Chat Content: Text input, emojis sent, and other content when you chat with AI characters, which is core information for social interaction. We maintain strict confidentiality and only use it for AI model response generation and storing chat records for your review.

Interaction Behavior Records: Your interaction behaviors with AI characters, such as gift-giving records, time entering intimate spaces, keywords for searching AI characters, etc. This information is used to optimize your social experience, such as recommending more suitable AI characters based on your interaction preferences.

Feedback Information: Your evaluations, reports, and other feedback on AI character responses. We collect this information to improve the AI model's interaction effects and enhance service quality.

(3) Consumption-Related Information

Transaction Records: When you make purchases such as memberships, star coins, or send gifts, we collect relevant transaction information including transaction amount, transaction time, payment method, and order status. This information is used to complete the transaction process, provide transaction receipts, and meet financial compliance requirements.

Consumption Preferences: Information about your purchased membership types, gift types sent, and other consumption preferences. We anonymize this information to optimize paid service content and provide consumption options that better meet your needs.

(4) Device and Usage Information

Device Information: To ensure normal service operation and optimization, we automatically collect your device information, including IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as iOS IDFV, Android AAID), network status, device sensor data (only for APP function adaptation, such as screen rotation), etc. This information helps us adapt to different devices and resolve potential compatibility issues.

Usage Data: We also collect relevant data during your APP usage, such as APP open/close times, function modules used (such as "AI Character Chat," "Intimate Space"), feature click records, dwell time, etc. By analyzing this data, we can understand user behavior patterns to optimize service performance and improve user convenience.

III. Purpose of Information Use

(1) Providing Core Services

Social Interaction Support: Based on your chat content with AI characters, we use AI algorithms to generate responses for real-time interaction; store chat records for your review in intimate spaces or history records.

Account Management: Use your registration information to maintain your account status, ensuring normal login, membership benefits usage, consumption operations, etc.

Personalized Recommendations: Based on your search keywords, interaction behaviors, and other information, we recommend AI characters that match your interests and preferences, helping you quickly find desired social companions.

(2) Improving Service Quality

AI Model Optimization: Analyze chat content themes, interaction feedback, and other information to optimize AI character response logic and personality performance, improving dialogue naturalness and interest.

Feature Experience Enhancement: Based on device information and usage data, optimize APP interface layout and feature processes, such as adjusting UI design for different screen sizes and reordering menus based on frequently used features.

Service Content Improvement: Based on consumption preferences and interaction behaviors, enrich AI character personality types, virtual gift varieties, and other service content to meet diverse social needs.

(3) Necessary Communications

Service Notifications: Through your provided contact methods (such as email, in-app messages), we send service-related notifications such as membership expiration reminders, new feature launch notifications, order status changes, etc., ensuring you stay informed about service updates.

Security Alerts: When detecting security risks such as abnormal login or remote consumption on your account, we promptly send account security alerts to protect your account and personal information security.

(4) Compliance Requirements

We fulfill record retention obligations as required by laws and regulations. For example, preserving consumption transaction information, user registration information, etc., to meet tax, audit, regulatory, and other compliance review requirements, while also providing evidence to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

IV. Information Sharing and Disclosure

(1) Third-Party Service Providers

We only share your necessary information with third-party service providers when necessary, and will sign strict confidentiality agreements with third parties before sharing to ensure your information security.

Cloud Service Providers: We cooperate with renowned cloud service providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud) to store your account data and divination records on their secure and reliable servers. Payment Processors: If you use paid services, we share necessary information such as order amount and account email with professional payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal) to successfully complete transaction processes. During this process, we never transmit sensitive information such as your chat content to payment processors. Payment processors will process relevant payment information according to their own strict security standards and privacy policies, ensuring payment process security and compliance.

Data Analytics Providers: To better understand user behavior and optimize service features, we may share anonymized usage data with data analytics providers (such as Firebase), for example, "user usage rate of certain features," "active time periods of users in different regions," etc. This anonymized data cannot identify your personal identity. Data analytics providers will use this data to provide us with professional analysis reports, helping us improve services and enhance user experience.

(3) Prohibition of Data Sale

We solemnly promise never to sell any of your personal information, including but not limited to identity information, chat content, consumption records, device information, etc. This commitment strictly complies with the explicit "no data sale" requirements in relevant regulations, and we are committed to maintaining your control and privacy rights over personal information.

Permission Management and Auditing: We have established a strict internal personnel access permission system, only authorizing specific technical and operational team members to access your data within authorized scope when necessary for work (such as troubleshooting, customer service). Additionally, all operations involving data access are logged in detail for subsequent auditing and tracking, ensuring compliance and traceability of data operations.

Security Monitoring and Maintenance: We regularly conduct comprehensive security audits and vulnerability scans to promptly discover and fix potential data security vulnerabilities. We continuously monitor the latest security threats and protection technologies in the industry, constantly updating and improving our security protection system to effectively prevent data breach risks and safeguard your personal information security. However, please understand that despite our many strict security measures, due to the inherent characteristics of the internet or electronic storage, information transmission is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

(2) Data Retention Period

Account Information: We will retain your account information during the existence of your account. If you apply for account cancellation, after completing the relevant cancellation process, we will delete your account information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring your personal information is no longer retained.

Device and Usage Data: For device and usage data, after anonymization processing, we may retain it long-term for continuous service optimization work. Anonymized data can no longer be associated with your personal identity, thus providing data support for service improvement while protecting your privacy.

(3) Cross-Border Data Transfer

If cross-border data transfer is necessary for business needs, we will strictly follow relevant laws and regulations, ensuring data security and compliance during cross-border transfer through compliant methods such as signing standard contracts, protecting your personal information rights from harm. Information Correction: If you find errors in your account information, you can directly modify it in the APP's "My - Personal Information" section, conveniently and quickly updating your personal information to ensure accuracy.

Record Deletion: To delete specific or all chat records and interaction records, you can operate in the corresponding function interface or contact our customer service team. After verifying your identity, we will promptly delete relevant records according to your requirements, ensuring your control over personal information.

(2) Account Cancellation

You can conveniently apply for account cancellation in the APP's "Settings - Account Security." After you submit a cancellation application, we will process all your data according to the data retention period provisions in Section 5.2 of this policy, and account cancellation is irreversible. During the cancellation process, we will ensure your personal information is properly handled and will not continue to be improperly used.

(3) Obtaining Information Copy

If you need to obtain a copy of your personal information in our services, you can contact our customer service (provided at the end of this document). After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a personal information copy in a secure and convenient manner, satisfying your right to know and control over personal information.

(4) Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent for our collection and use of your personal information at any time. You can withdraw your consent through relevant settings in the APP or by contacting customer service. However, please note that withdrawing consent may affect your continued use of some service features that rely on that authorization. We will clearly explain the scope of potentially affected features when you withdraw consent.

(5) Account Security

When the platform discovers user data and privacy breaches (only under high-risk circumstances), we will notify users within 72 hours (contacting users through the methods provided at the end of this document) and report to relevant authorities.

VII. Child Protection

This service is explicitly not intended for minors under 13 years of age. We will comply with COPPA and GDPR. Users must clearly indicate they meet the age requirement during registration, and we will display applicable age markers in app stores. If we discover during operations that a user is a minor, we will immediately stop collecting their personal information and delete the stored minor's data according to relevant laws and regulations (unless law requires retention of certain information). If guardians discover minors using this service without authorization, they can contact our customer service at any time, and we will fully assist in handling the matter to ensure the minor's personal information security. Regarding child personal information protection, we strictly follow relevant laws and regulations, taking all necessary measures to ensure children's personal information is fully protected.

VIII. Policy Updates

(1) Update Notification

If this policy changes, we will promptly notify you through APP pop-ups, email (if you have provided an email address), and other methods. For significant changes (such as expanding information collection scope, changing information sharing methods, and other changes that may significantly impact your rights), we will obtain your explicit consent before the changes take effect. For non-significant changes, we will also notify you promptly so you can understand our latest adjustments to personal information processing methods.

(2) Effective Date of Changes

Policy changes will take effect after a reasonable period specified from the date of notification. If you continue to use our services after the changes take effect, it will be deemed that you have agreed to the updated privacy policy.
